This page sets out the terms and conditions (“Terms”) on which we supply any of the products listed on our website www.billringa.com (“our website”) to you.

Please read these Terms carefully before ordering any products. By placing an order through our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you have any questions about these Terms, please contact our client support before placing an order.

Bill Ringa Footwear is a footwear brand that designs, makes and sells footwear. Bill Ringa Footwear is a trading name of Handelsmaatschappij Wetsteijn, registered in the Netherlands. The Bill Ringa® trademark is registered with the Benelux Office for Intellectual Property (BOIP) and owned by Bill Ringa Footwear.

2. Use of this website

By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy & Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, please stop using the website.

Our website is provided for personal, non-commercial use only. We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions and photographs are accurate; however, slight variations may occur due to screen display differences.

We do not guarantee that the website will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free, or that defects will be corrected.

You are responsible for ensuring that the personal details you provide are true and accurate, and for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3. Prices and currency

All prices are stated in euros (EUR) and include Dutch VAT (21%), unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs (if applicable) are displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

4. Orders and contract formation

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. A contract is formed only when we email you a written order confirmation.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order prior to dispatch in case of suspected fraud, stock issues or incorrect pricing.

By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

5. Payment

We accept the payment methods shown during checkout, including but not limited to:

  • iDEAL, credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Bancontact, KBC/CBC Payment Button, Belfius Direct Net and other local payment options

Payments are securely processed through Mollie and/or PayPal. We do not store or have access to your complete credit-card details. All payments are subject to authorisation and validation by the payment provider. If authorisation fails, the order will be cancelled automatically.

6. Shipping and delivery

We offer free shipping to customers in the Netherlands.
For other regions, free shipping applies to orders of:

  • € 175 or more (EU)
  • € 250 or more (Rest of Europe)
  • € 350 or more (Rest of World)

We ship through carriers such as FedEx, DHL, DPD or PostNL.
Estimated delivery times:

  • Netherlands: 1–2 working days
  • EU: 2–7 working days
  • Outside EU: 7–15 working days
  • US: 1-10 working days

While we make every effort to deliver within these periods, they are estimates and not guarantees. Risk of loss or damage passes to you once the goods are physically delivered to you or a person you designate.

If you provide an incorrect address, please contact us within 4 hours after placing your order. After this period, we cannot change delivery details.

If your parcel is lost or damaged in transit, notify us within 14 days so we can assist with a carrier claim.

For deliveries outside the EU, import duties or local taxes may apply. These are your responsibility.

7. Ownership of goods

Ownership of the goods passes to you once we have received full payment for the order.

8. Right of withdrawal (Returns)

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days after receiving your items, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, please notify us by email at info@billringa.com before returning any item. You may use the standard EU withdrawal form, though this is not mandatory.

Returned products must be unused, undamaged and in their original packaging (double-boxed if possible). You may inspect the goods as you would in a store, but any depreciation in value due to handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature or functioning may be deducted from your refund.

Return shipping costs:

  • Netherlands – returns are free of charge; a prepaid return label will be provided upon request

  • Outside the Netherlands – return shipping costs are at your own expense, unless the product is faulty or incorrectly supplied
    If you prefer, you may contact us to request a return shipping quote — we can arrange a label through our carrier network at cost price

We will reimburse all payments received, including the standard outbound delivery costs, within 14 days after receiving the returned goods or proof of return.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal:

  • Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised
  • Goods that are not suitable for return for hygiene reasons once unsealed or worn

9. Defects and warranty

If you discover a manufacturing defect within a reasonable time after receipt, please contact us. We will, at our discretion, repair, replace or refund the item in accordance with Dutch and EU consumer law. A two-year statutory warranty applies to consumer purchases within the EU.

10. Complaints

If you have a complaint or feedback, please email info@billringa.com with a clear description of your concern. We will acknowledge and respond within 14 days of receipt.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos and design, is owned by or licensed to Bill Ringa Footwear.

The Bill Ringa® trademark is registered with the Benelux Office for Intellectual Property (BOIP). Reproduction, adaptation or distribution without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

12. Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of our website or products, except where caused by our intent or gross negligence. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the item concerned. Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or breach of statutory consumer rights.

13. Privacy and Cookies

Your privacy is important to us. Personal data are processed in accordance with our separate Privacy Policy, available at:

14. Amendments to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on our website or by email before they take effect. The version in effect at the time you place your order will apply to that order.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any contract between you and Bill Ringa Footwear are governed by Dutch law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent court in Rotterdam, The Netherlands. If you are an EU consumer, you may also benefit from mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
