Bill Ringa is the data controller responsible for the processing of your personal data under this policy.

  • Order and payment data: purchased products, payment method, transaction reference. Payment information is processed securely by Mollie and its partners (e.g., PayPal). We do not store full credit or debit card details

  • Technical and analytical data: IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, and cookie identifiers
  • Advertising data: interactions with our digital marketing (Google Ads, Meta/Facebook Pixel, etc.)

We do not collect or process special category data such as health, religion, ethnicity, or political opinions.

All processors and their approved sub-processors are bound by confidentiality, security obligations, and data deletion duties once services end.

6. International transfers

  • The Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs, adopted 4 June 2021) issued by the European Commission.
