Finding your size is simple. Each Bill Ringa slipper includes a removable insole — its length in centimetres (and inches) is shown in the table below. To determine your perfect size, measure the insole of a pair of shoes you currently wear comfortably and compare that measurement with the table.

If your measurement falls between two sizes, we recommend choosing the larger one for a more relaxed fit.

The EU shoe sizing system isn’t fully standardized. Different brands and shoe types may vary slightly in fit, even if the size label is the same. That’s why your “usual size” can sometimes feel smaller or larger depending on the brand.

Alternative way to find your size

If you don’t have a pair of shoes to compare, you can also determine your size by measuring your feet directly.

1. Measure your longest foot — stand barefoot on a sheet of paper and mark the tip of your longest toe and the back of your heel.
2. Measure the distance between the two points in centimetres.
3. Add 1.5 cm for comfortable toe room.
4. Use the total length to find your corresponding EU size in one of the tables above.

Example

If your foot measures 28 cm, add 1.5 cm = 29.5 cm.
In our size table, that corresponds to approximately an EU size 44.

(For US customers: 1 inch = 2.54 cm. Measure in inches, convert to cm, then follow the same steps.)

Fit tip

Our slippers are built on a German last with width size G ½ — about half a size wider than standard. This provides a naturally comfortable fit without feeling loose.

If you have a higher instep or slightly wider feet, the Fold or Chelsea (for men) and the Flat (for women) offer a little more room across the top. The Ease Mono and Chelsea F may feel snug at first, but the wool will soon soften and mould perfectly to your feet.
